📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, budget reviews, and risk assessments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project management strategies and best practices.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or interior fit-out industry.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
