As a Maintenance Supervisor at Superior Prima Sukses, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of our production equipment, ensuring that all machinery operates at peak performance. You will work closely with our production teams to schedule maintenance activities, minimizing disruptions to our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality maintenance services.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize production output and reduce costs.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of the production facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in the manufacturing or construction materials industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and projects.
Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant quality and environmental standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on operational excellence.
