Order Planner (Cold Chain Logistics)

Join our dynamic logistics team as an Order Planner (Cold Chain Logistics) and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless, efficient, and safe execution of all order routes for our cold chain operations. In this critical position, you will optimize logistics processes, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that our cold chain logistics run smoothly from start to finish. This role is based in Jakarta Timur, where our operations are centered, and offers a competitive salary between Rp 5.700.000 and Rp 7.500.000 per month.

As an Order Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of our cold chain logistics operations, from order receipt to delivery. You will work closely with our drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed logistics plans for all order routes.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of logistics operations.
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards for cold chain logistics.
• Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage and maintain logistics software and tools, such as SAP, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff and drivers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning and coordination, with a focus on cold chain logistics.
• Proven experience with logistics software and tools, such as SAP.
• Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
