📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning rooms, suites, and public areas, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist guests with their needs, such as setting up rooms, providing amenities, and offering concierge services.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Maintain and organize guest amenities, including linens, towels, and other supplies.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and discreetly.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping and butler services.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related hospitality role.
• Experience in providing butler services is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products used in luxury hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license for resort transportation duties.
