📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and produce high-quality instructional videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of video content.
• Script, shoot, and edit videos, from concept to final delivery.
• Optimize video content for various platforms and devices to enhance user experience.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain consistency and standards across all video productions.
• Analyze video performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and instructional design.
• Assist in the creation of multimedia assets for marketing and promotional purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, Education, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in video production, with a focus on instructional or educational content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of multimedia production workflows and project management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
