📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our mining site.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into our team.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Lead HR training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management to support data-driven decision making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
