📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect payments from borrowers in a timely and accurate manner
• Verify and process financial transactions using FIFGROUP's collection software
• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers, addressing their concerns and queries
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure collection targets are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities
• Collaborate with the collection team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance collection skills and knowledge
• Adhere to FIFGROUP's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a collection or customer service role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good time management and organizational skills
• Valid ID and transportation to travel to collection sites
