📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical manuals, user guides, and other documentation.,Create and maintain documentation templates and styles to ensure consistency.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices.,Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the development of new products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with documentation management systems.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
