🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a similar role in the care services industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in care services.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
