PT Pertiwi Terang is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Manage payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
