📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
