📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other technical staff to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and site personnel.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Technician in the construction or maintenance industry.
• Proven experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, fire protection, and water supply systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD software.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to Bali.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
