📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for semiconductor production
• Conduct process validation and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
• Provide technical support to the production team and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the semiconductor industry

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or semiconductor production engineering
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
• Proficiency in using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar
• Experience with PLC programming and automation systems
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, SEMATECH, or similar
