📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Host live streaming sessions to promote our products and engage with our audience.
- Manage the operational aspects of our e-commerce platform, including inventory, orders, and customer service.
- Use OBS Studio and Streamlabs to create high-quality live streaming content.
- Leverage social media platforms to reach a wider audience and drive traffic to our e-commerce site.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Monitor and analyze live streaming performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service during live streaming sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and e-commerce.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce administration or customer service.
- Familiarity with OBS Studio and Streamlabs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
