📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Lead and supervise a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
• Prepare and present tax analysis reports to senior management.
• Ensure all tax filings and records are accurately maintained and readily available for audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
• Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
