Puskesmas Zahra Sate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and management functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and regulations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the tax compliance and management functions of the organization.,Ensure that all tax filings are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the organization's tax liability.,Monitor and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide guidance and support to the tax team on tax-related matters.,Prepare and present tax reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.,Ensure that the organization's tax policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tax software.,Certification in tax-related courses or programs is a plus.
