📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and growth.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and strategies.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
