📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Assist in the organization and execution of retail promotions and events.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Assist in the training and development of new retail staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
