PT Sri Permata is seeking a motivated Junior HR Manager to join our team in Semarang. As a Junior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR to gain valuable insights and skills in the field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Help in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and reports.,Help in the coordination of HR activities and events, such as team-building activities and company celebrations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
