📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports.,Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll records, and other financial transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and filing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
