CV Gading Permata is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team in Ubud. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training activities to enhance employee skills.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
