Port Quick Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented General Affairs professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage office administration tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.,Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain and update office records and documents.,Assist in the organization of events and meetings, including venue coordination and logistics.,Monitor and maintain office security and safety measures.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a general affairs or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid setting (office and remote).
