As an HR Generalist/Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You'll work closely with department heads to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions. Additionally, you'll oversee recruitment processes, conduct performance evaluations, and develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of your team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HRIS software, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
