Tanggung Jawab:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English language and literature, as well as humanities subjects.
  • Create and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, such as quizzes, tests, and projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, technologies, and best practices in education.
  • Participate in school-wide events and activities to support the overall educational mission of the institution.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and staff members to ensure the success of all students.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a high school setting.
  • Strong command of the English language, both in spoken and written form.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Ability to create and implement engaging and effective lesson plans.
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
