📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with the Training Officer to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their effectiveness.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing guidance and support to participants.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.,Provide feedback and recommendations to improve training programs based on participant feedback and performance.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices to ensure high-quality training delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
