📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.

Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).

Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with recruitment software and ATS.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
