📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily branch operations, including inventory management and sales transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products and offering competitive pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions using our in-house POS system.
• Collaborate with the branch manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Perform cash handling duties, including counting and depositing cash, and ensuring accurate financial records.
• Assist in stock replenishment and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Promote our products and services to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is required.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the retail industry.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
