PT Mahkota Eka is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Tangerang. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.

As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, preparation, and execution of banquet events. This role offers a competitive salary range of Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 4.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events.
  • Prepare and set up banquet facilities.
  • Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages.
  • Ensure the banquet area is clean and presentable.
  • Provide excellent customer service to event attendees.
  • Work closely with the event manager to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise.
  • Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of banquet facilities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Previous experience as a Banquet Staff or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with event planning software is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
