📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive candidate experience.,Assist in compiling and analyzing recruitment data to improve recruitment strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using common ATS and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
